Promo models don’t cost $ 200/hour, $ 25-50/hour is pretty standard agency rate depending on your city, the model gets $ 15-25/hr from that.
To see what the going rate is in your area, call another agency or two saying you are looking for promo models for a trade show or other event and ask them what their rates are. If you are a new agency, you’ll want to price yourself just a bit lower to start in order to start taking clients from the existing agencies
